Whip up and sample a new seasonal craft cocktail with us each week with so you're super informed when choosing your signature drink. 'Cause someone's gotta do it.
Vodka Watermelon Cocktail
8 cups chilled watermelon
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
11.5 ounces coconut water
1 cup vodka citron
mint for garnish
Blend the watermelon, coconut water, and fresh lime juice until smooth, then pour into a large pitcher. Add vodka, stir, and serve over ice. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint.
Our thoughts: We just had to squeeze another watermelon cocktail out of the summer season and this drink fits the bill. The watermelon, coconut and lime combo was a new one for us - we're fans. This recipe serves 8, which makes for an easy signature drink, and easy to taste test with friends. 🍉
