Popsicle Champagne Cocktail
champagne, prosecco or rosé
any flavor fruit popsicles or make your own
Pour champagne into a wine glass. Add a popsicle...voilà!
Our thoughts: We know we've said it doesn't get any easier than this before, but this time we mean it! Grab your favorite bubbly and popsicle and enjoy. This cocktail is fun and so perfect for a hot summer day. There are so many flavor combos (we went with blackberry), you may need to work at it all summer. 🍾

For a fun favor or welcome bag addition that that gives back, check out the gourmet candy and gum (wedding cake, perhaps?) from Project 7. Project 7 is a specialty candy brand named for its social mission: they partner with non-profits to help support 7 areas of basic humanitarian need both domestically and abroad: 1) save the earth, 2) house the homeless, 3) feed the hungry, 4) quench the thirsty, 5) heal the sick, 6) teach them well, 7) hope for peace. While mandated to give a minimum of 10% of profits annually, Project 7 has historically given at 30-50% of profits towards these causes. Also, it's all made in the USA.
