Whip up and sample a new seasonal craft cocktail with us each week with so you're super informed when choosing your signature drink. 'Cause someone's gotta do it. 

Key Lime Martini

Via Mix that Drink

2 ounces vanilla vodka

1/2 ounce key lime juice

2 tablespoons cream of coconut

1 ounce pineapple juice

1 ounce heavy cream

graham cracker crumbs

cup of ice

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka, key lime juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice & heavy cream then shake  thoroughly. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a wheel of lime or lime twist.

Our thoughts: "I accidentally discovered this cocktail at a local dive bar with friends when we saw one go by and decided we had to have it! It turned out to be our bartender’s personal signature drink and came along with a story of how she discovered it. She wouldn’t reveal her recipe, but this one from Mix that Drink is not far off and delicious. I love the idea of choosing a signature drink that comes along with a great memory – it's like sharing another piece of your story with your guests. Also, this one tastes just like key lime pie."
