BLACKBERRY MOJITO
Via Kitchen Swagger
2 ounces white rum
2 ounces club soda
1/2 ounce lime juice (~3 lime wedges)
6-7 mint leaves
3 blackberries
3/4 ounce simple syrup
cup of ice
Muddle limes, mint leaves, blackberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a boston shaker until pulverized. Add the rum and ice and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with 2 ounces of club soda. Stir and garnish with mint leaves and blackberry.
Our thoughts: we love mojitos, and we 😍 this version. It's the kind of refreshing that makes it perfect for a night on the dance floor. It's filled with bits of fresh blackberries (yum), so have your person check the pearly whites every now and then just to be safe. 💃🏽
