THE MANHATTAN
Via The Spruce Eats
2 ounces rye whiskey, bourbon, or Canadian whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 - 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Cherry for garnish
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
