Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, will continue to get matched with couples based on the benefits of your current paid subscription for the duration of your billing cycle. If you cancel during a free trial, your subscription will end immediately.
What happens to my business account if I cancel my Membership or Free Trial?
If you cancel your Membership or Free Trial, your account will be downgraded to an archived business at the end of your current subscription. Your business will no longer get matched with prospective clients. Your profile, including the content and connections you create, will remain public. You will no longer have access to advanced Plan features, but you can login any time to upgrade your account to get matched with your ideal client.
What if my free trial isn’t up yet?
Your free trial will continue as expected thru the expiration date. You’ll notice new features based on the Plan you are trying. A few days before your trial is set to expire, we’ll send you an email to remind you to choose a Plan that’s best for your business and add your credit card to continue to get matched with couples.
